Who processes your data
Back signal is operated by Georgy as an individual. For questions about personal data, contact georgyrevazashvili@yandex.ru.
Data we receive
When you create an account or sign in: your name, email address, account and session information. When you sign in with Yandex ID: profile data you authorize Yandex to share with us. When you send feedback: your message, selected mood, date and technical information needed to operate and protect the form. You do not need an account to send feedback.
Why we use data
We use this data to provide registration and sign-in, the dashboard, delivery of feedback to the relevant business, service emails and notifications, security, and error resolution. The message text is available to the owner of the relevant feedback page.
Service providers and transfers
We use external providers for hosting, database services and email delivery: Vercel, Neon and Resend. Signing in with Yandex ID involves Yandex. Data may be processed on servers outside Belarus. We do not publish senders' feedback or sell personal data.
Storage and security
Data is stored while needed to provide the service and meet applicable obligations. Access is restricted using authentication and technical safeguards. To request deletion of your account or associated data, contact the email address above.
Your rights
You may request information about the processing of your data, correction, cessation of processing or deletion where provided by law, and withdraw consent where processing is based on it. Cookies and analytics
